The Industrial Engineer is responsible for analyzing operations, working with operations personnel to design optimal workflows and production processes, increasing efficiencies, and assisting to ensure that final products meet established quality standards. Complete site preparation work for precast concrete wall panels • Assist in installing precast concrete components for commercial, industrial, multi-story, and agricultural buildings • Assist with the rigging and signaling for cranes • Perform a variety of tasks that help the progress of the build • Work effectively within a crew of 3-5 team members on the construction site • Take direction and collaborate with your foreman or supervisor • Adhere to all company policies and safety procedures

Assist with the production of various precast projects • Perform cleaning, pouring, finishing, and other tasks related to precast production • Be prepared to work hands-on and receive on-the-job training • Follow directions and work independently or with a crew • Safely operate a variety of hand and power tools • Maintain a clean and organized work environment • Work in a fast-paced environment with strong attention to detail • Troubleshoot issues and report to the foreman or supervisor • Adhere to all company policies and safety procedures

The Senior Structural / Design Engineer is responsible for the structural design and engineering of precast concrete systems for Southern Alberta’s precast division. This role focuses on engineering, design, drafting coordination, constructability, and technical support for precast structures and components. The position includes the design, detailing coordination, construction, and installation support of precast elements, as well as providing engineering input for estimating, value engineering, and project execution. The engineer will liaise with project managers, consultants, and clients to deliver efficient and successful precast solutions

The Engineering & Quality Manager is responsible for leading all engineering, design, and quality control functions for Southern Alberta’s Precast Division. This role oversees structural design, concrete mix design coordination, drafting, quality assurance, and mentorship of engineering staff. The position plays a critical role across the full project lifecycle—supporting estimating and preconstruction, delivering safe and efficient designs, ensuring production and erection quality, and driving continuous improvement in precast systems and plant operations. The role also serves as a key technical liaison with project managers, clients, consultants, and industry bodies.
