• Architect
• Structural Engineer
• Contractor
• Precast/Prestressed Concrete Supplier (must be a CPCI member)

Description of the project (no more than 600 words)

• Tell why precast/prestressed concrete was used.
• Tell how precast/prestressed concrete added to the overall success of the project.

One to three digital photographs of the project

• Send minimum 4" x 6" size in at least 75 dpi.
• Prefer JPG format
